Lucy Developments build luxury country homes in Oxfordshire. Their homes are visually distinguished and elegant with great care taken in the architectural detailing and the internal space planning of each site.

It was therefore important to us that when we were conceiving the interior design schemes for a variety of Lucy Developments’ properties we consistently strived to give the same care and attention to detail as was given to the original architectural plans.

Case Study Background
Working with the Marketing Team at Lucy Developments we discerned the intended target market and likely buyer group for each future development. With this in mind, we then proceeded to produce an interiors scheme which closely considered both the setting and context of each individual property, but also had an aspirational appeal for its intended target market group.
The interiors schemes featured classic, quintessentially English prints such as William Morris, and embrace texture palettes which are synonymous with English heritage country design. This included wool, oak and linen weaves which were all displayed with a contemporary aspirational twist.
