We were approached by Hunter Design who were working with The Howard de Walden Estate on their marketing campaign for an upcoming commercial refurbishment of an old property on Marylebone High Street.

Case Study Background

The Howard de Walden Estate are renowned for overseeing properties in some of the most prestigious and coveted areas of London. It was therefore vital when working on this project that the final product we created exuded the sense of luxury that the property itself ultimately would.

Case Study Background

As the building in question was undergoing work at the time and had scaffolding around it we worked with the clients to create a high-quality, photorealistic, image of its exterior in order to show it to its fullest potential.

In addition to developing the image of the final product of this refurbishment we also depicted the building next to it which was yet to be built at the time of working on this project.

The client was also looking for us to create a range of images that would show the property both empty as it would be on the day of a handover to any potential buyers, but also aspirational shots that displayed the interiors to their full potential. In order to showcase this, an Interior Design team hired by The Howard de Walden Estate produced a concept design for the property’s interior which our CGI artists then modelled. These included intricate detailing such as copper and marble features that help to tie in the history of the building’s surroundings with the forward-thinking progress of the The Howard de Walden Estate development.
